Iron Heart

What a rainy San Francisco day! Well the weather outside may be frightful, but here at my desk at the magazine office I'm staying toasty! One of the greatest things about going to FIDM is the close relationship they have with the entertainment industry. I was assigned a project to make a movie poster for a huge blockbuster film for which FIDM actually has the genuine collateral and photography. Working with professional images makes a world of difference when you are using photo shop to alter and render new images. Here is my movie poster I created for Iron Man. I wanted to keep the main emphasis on the actual character and focus on the backdrop having a smokey iridescent effect. I hope you like it!
